  • Account Manager

    • Self-Motivated Individual for Office Administrative Position
    • Account Manager is responsible for the oversight of the TPA client/employee relationships.
    • Responsible to develop and maintain full understanding of day to day workflow processes required for claims processing and payment systems.
    • Assist in the implementation, ongoing maintenance and application of plan design requirements for existing clients and perspective clients.
    • Account Manager will prepare, review and deliver all plan periodic, regulatory and ad-hoc reporting.
    • Perform quality control checks.
    • Support all administrative activities as needed for client accounts.
    • Assist in facilitation of communication between the different business lines represented with the TPAs partners, including benefit plan administration, accounting services, legal, etc.
    • Conduct one-on-one training with new and existing clients.
    • Reports directly to CEO.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Qualifications and Education Requirements
    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Pharmacy/Medical terminology knowledge.
    • 2+ years of preferred TPA health care experience.
    • 2+ years TPA claims software system experience, preferably WLT software.
    • Professional communication style, written and spoken.
    • Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of accounting principles required.
    • Solid experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

  • Third Party Claims Administrator

    • Self-Motivated Individual for Office Administrative Position
    • Claims Processing Associate is responsible for the administration and claims processing of the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (self-funded, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability).
    • Handle all incoming calls quickly and efficiently while delivering quality customer service to the caller.
    • Provides ideas to improve existing programs and monitors benefit administration.
    • Handle all incoming research and adjustment claims received from clients with resolution including portal requests, direct call and faxed requests.
    • Ability to adjudicate claims in system as needed.
    • Work claims reports and special projects as needed by Management.
    • Responsible to provide claims reporting to Management and clients.
    • Assist with on-boarding new clients to EHBA.
    • Conduct one-on-one training with new and existing clients.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Qualifications and Education Requirements
    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Understanding of Pharmacy/Medical terminology.
    • 2+ years of preferred TPA health care experience.
    • 2+ years TPA claims software system experience, preferably WLT software.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills with attention to detail.
    • Solid experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
    • Ability to effectively communicate issues, recommendations, and findings both verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate self-motivation and willingness to learn.
